Andrew is a multi award-winning artist, famously known for harmonious colour schemes. Skies are a focal point of his work. On display for auction are Highway to Paradise and Ready to go.
Popularly known as Yegonizer, Evans is a visual artist whose work is on permanent display at Eastlands Library. He is based at GoDown Arts Centre and has a vibrant style through which he portrays subjects using colourful strokes of acrylic paint. On display is Landscape; part of a landscape series depicting a rural sunset landscape inspired by memories of the village where he grew up.
The second piece is Sunglasses, from a series he has been working on focused on today’s woman and her balancing of work, family and social life!
Joseph is a Lamu-based mixed media artist who works in miniature with natural materials & found objects. On display are mixed media wooden and found object sculptures.
Mika is a visual craftsman currently working on mosaic using eggshells as a medium of study. On display are I saw your hard work; a piece inspired by his mother’s work with the artist in the background writing a letter to her.
The second piece, I saw you when you had no penny, is the artist’s ode to his mother and her efforts in making ends meet.
Naiyanoi Sitonik sees places, people, love, loneliness, hopes and paints these. On display is Sunny Afternoon; a scene to behold!
Peteros is a member of Brush Tu whose work is inspired by mundane daily activities. On display are Roho Ngumu 15 and Roho Ngumu 19- Cubist ballpoint pen ink drawings of portraits.
Seba is a multidisciplinary artist based in Nairobi. Primarily a painter and a sculptor, her work speaks of self identity and how our immediate environment affects women. On display are Headscarf , Autonomy ii and Silahi i.
